So, THIS BLOG MUST BE VIEWED IN CHROME.

This blog is for studying SAP modules like FI, CO and HANA. This is a tutorial blog which is created with lot of enthusiasm and interest. Posts are divided in to labels 'FICO' and 'HANA'. Please refrain from bringing outside stuff beyond SAP world into this blog as part of your comments.SAP is an OCEAN and I would like to suggest that reader must have blood levels not just litres or buckets but OCEANS to learn SAP.

ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES

Most of the times, SAP Consultant doesn't know anything about Accounting even though an Accountant(SAP END USER) works on the work done by an SAP Consultant. This is not right and this might create a problem for Accountant in his/her daily work. SAP ERP implementation must meet the all the basic functionality of the company which could be in any part of accounting. So, I decided to make an Accounting Course with a Label (FI).

This course contains all the Financial Accounting principles described briefly. It is divided in to many chapters like
  1. Accounting in Action
  2. The Recording Process
  3. Adjusting the Accounts
  4. Completing Accounting Cycle
  5. Accounting for Merchandising Operations
  6. Inventories
  7. Accounting Information Systems
  8. Fraud, Internal Control and Cash
  9. Accounting for Receivables
  10. Plant Assets, Natural Resources and Intangiable Assets
  11. Current Liabilities and Payroll Accounting
  12. Accounting for partnerships
  13. Corporations: Organisation and Capital Stock transactions
  14. Corporations: Dividends, Retained Earnings and Income Reporting
  15. Long-term Liabilities
  16. Investments
  17. Statement of Cash Flows
  18. Financial Statement Analysis
  19. Managerial Accounting
  20. Job Order Costing
  21. Process Costing
  22. Cost-Volume-profit
  23. Budgetary Planning
  24. Budgetary Control and Responsibility Accounting
